Grilled Chicken
so easy. so easy.
Have you ever wondered how to make grilled chicken? WELL, LOOK NO FURTHER. Just kidding, please keep reading, or else you’ll never know how to make it. Really. Please, go on. Anyway, this grilled chicken is wonderful and super easy to make. Did I mention how easy it is? This chicken tastes great on top of a salad, which is how I normally eat it. This isn’t gourmet stuff here, so I don’t really recommend it as a full meal on it’s own, but it tastes great mixed in with a salad, or in a sandwich, or maybe add some pesto on top? Or, eat it while it’s warm with some roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts on the side! YUMMY.
Here’s the grill I use: Cuisinart Griddler
INGREDIENTS
Chicken
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
1. Turn on your grill to MEDIUM heat, and wait for it warm up.
2. Use a paper plate, and put the raw chicken on the plate.
3. Coat one side with pepper, then garlic powder, and a touch of salt.
4. When the grill is hot, put the seasoned side down, and season the other side the same way.
5. Wait for the grill to cook the chicken! How do you know when it’s done?
6. When it’s no longer pink (raw) on the outside, and you think it’s done, take a knife and slice through the middle. If the middle still looks raw (very pink, translucent almost), then it’s not done. If it all looks white, then it’s done!
