Colorful Kale Salad

What I Used:
  • Kale
  • Carrots
  • Onion
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Sunflower Seeds (out of the shell)
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
How to do It:
  1. Throw Kale in a bowl.
  2. Chop up some carrots, and throw into the bowl.
  3. Chop up some onion (red or white) and throw into bowl. Not too many!
  4. Throw a handful of dried cranberries and a handful of sunflower seeds into the bowl.
  5. Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top.
  6. Sprinkle an even layer of pepper on top.
  7. Add a dash of salt.
  8. Mix, mix, mix, mix, mix.
  9. Taste and add more of what you like.
  10. DONE.
  11. OPTIONAL: add in some Grilled Chicken?
