Grilled Filet Mignon
What I Used:
  • A good piece of steak (I suggest Filet Mignon)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder (if you're feeling crazy)
How to do It:
  1. Turn the grill on and begin heating to high heat.
  2. Season one side of the steak with pepper, salt, and a little garlic powder.
  3. When the grill is ready, put the seasoned side down.
  4. Season face-up side, while on the grill.
  5. Leave it alone, and wait a few minutes!
  6. If the meat is no longer pink/red outside, take a sharp knife and cut a hole in the middle to check the raw-ness.
  7. Continue doing this while cooking to reach your desired steak preference!
  8. Eventually it will be done.
